Imam Ibn Kathir records in his “Tabaqat Al-Fuqaha’ Ash-Shafi’iyyin” the following report with a chain starting with him connected to Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal from Muhammad ibn Idris Ash-Shafi’i from Malik ibn Anas from Az-Zuhri from Abdur-Rahman ibn Ka’ab ibn Malik from his father from Rasulullah (alayhis salaam) who said:
“The soul of the Mu’min, assuming the form of the a bird, suspends from a tree in Jannah until it is returned to its body by Allah the mighty and majestic on the day he will be resurrected.”

You are constantly at war of Muslim! You may just not realize the reality of “who” is after you. Imam Muslim narrates in his Sahih the following tradition:
Translated as:
“Oh Rasūlullah! The Shaytān comes between me and my prayers and my recitation, confusing me therein.” Rasūlullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “That is a shaytān that is called khanzab. If he affects you seek refuge in Allah from him and spit drily to your left three times.” The companion said, I did that and Allāh took him away from me.

Research Compiled by Abul Layth
It is reported that the Prophet Muhammad said,
“The most hated Halal by Allah is divorce.”
Several questions may enter the mind of the one who reads these words. One who has at least some knowledge of Islam may ask what is the authenticity of the report? If it is authentic, what does it mean? In this article we will explore the different chains and statements of the scholars concerning this narration, insha’Allah.

The following is research we did regarding Abdullah ibn Lahi’ah, a narrator of many stories and prophetic traditions (hadith). Historically there has been much debate regarding his trustworthiness or lack thereof. Most of the information here was taken from the research done on Part 2: in Defense of the Obligation of Niqab. We have added to it for referencing purposes.

The following report was called into question by a particular brother commenting on Seekingilm. The following is the takhrij. Abu Nu’aym reports the following in his Hilyat Al-Awliyaa through Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal:
From ‘Ikrimah that Abu Hurayrah said: “Verily, I turn to Allah asking forgiveness and repenting to Him 12,000 times every day.”

The Prophet Muhammad said:
“It shall reach a point when you will all be joining [opposite] armies: one army in shaam, one in Yemen, one in ‘Iraq. Abdullah ibn Hawaalah said, “Choose for me Oh Rasulullah!” He said, “You must join Shaam, for it is Allah’s chosen land in His earth. In it shall the chosen ones among His servants have protection. Otherwise, go to Yemen but be prepared to drink from still water. For Allah has given me a gurantee concerning Shaam and its people.” [This is the translation of Shaykh G.f. Haddad and It is correct.]

If I were a Pseudo-Salafi…..
….I would have no choice but to believe that Najd is not in Iraq but in fact in Saudi Arabia. Using their simplistic methodology of “only” Quran & Sunnah, this post will show how relying solely on hadith from Sahih Bukhari and Muslim, one has no choice but to accept that Najd is not in Iraq.
First of all, for those who are unaware of the subject matter , I would like to give you a little background as to why we should even bother debating this issue. The following hadith is from Sahih Bukhari:

Abu Dawud in his Sunan records the following hadith from Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (radhiya Allahu ‘anhu) who said that the Messenger of Allah (’alayhis salaam) said,
“Whoever says:
Radeetu billahi rabban, wa bil-Islaami deenan, wa bi-Muhammadin rasoolan
“I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my Deen, and Muhammad as a Messenger”
Jannah becomes obligatory for him [to enter].

Ijmaa’, or scholarly consensus, is a principle of Islamic law. A fundamental proof used in Islamic legal discourse. It is considered a secondary principle because it is based on the primary proofs, the Qur’an and Sunnah. The following is some simple research I have done in support of the usage of Ijma’ as a proof in Islamic legal debate.
Proof from the Qur’an:
“And whoever opposes the Messenger after guidance has become clear to him and follows other than the way of the believers - We will give him what he has taken and drive him into Hell, and evil it is as a destination.”

Alhamdulillah for the depth and breadth of the noble science of hadith. When an issue of scholarly disagreement arises, one can easily look through the works of rijaal to determine what the ijtihaad of the scholars of the salaf was. This specific issue is one that the earliest A’immah disagreed upon. Imam As-Suyuti in Ta’yid al-Haqiqat al-`Aliyya wa- Tashyid al-Tariqat al-Shadhiliyya (”The Support of the Higher Truth and the Strengthening of the Shadhili Path”) and Ithaf al-Firqa bi-Rafwi al-Khirqa (”The Gift to the Group in the Mending of the Cloak”) printed in al-Hawi lil-Fatawi forwarded, with proofs, that Al-Hasan did in fact meet and even hear from Imam ‘Ali. The late Hafith Ahmad al-Ghumari (rahimahullah) in al-Burhan al-Jali fi Intisab al-Sufiyyati ila `Ali (”The Glaring Proof in Verifying the Connection of the Sufis to `Ali”) produced several ahadith and aathaar proving that Al-Hasan did infact hear from Imam ‘Ali ibn Abi Taalib (alayhis salaam). An example of a well-known report from Al-Hasan from ‘Ali is the hadith of the Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) that goes,
”The pen is raised from three: from the one asleep until he awakes, from the child until he matures, and from the insane until they are sane.” Though At-Tirmdhi declares this chain “Hasan” he states that it is not known if Al-Hasan heard from ‘Ali or not. Ibn Hajr in his Talkhis calls this hadith “Mursal”, for he maintains that Al-Hasan did not hear from ‘Ali. ((This specific report is found in Ahmad’s Musnad, Tirmidhi’s Sunan, Al-Haakim’s Mustadarak who said ‘Sahih upon the conditions of the Shaykhs’ in the book of Hudud, all from the chain Hammam from Qataadah from Al-Hasan from ‘Ali from the Nabi… ))
